What services do you provide?
Angels In Waiting Home Care provides a range
of services that assist with daily living: medical (nurses),
meal preparation, personal care assistance, grocery shopping,
errands, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care
(help for the family caregiver, for short periods of time,
allowing them time to go out). We also provide care in nursing /
assisted living homes when you feel your loved one needs more
one-on-one care.
What is the cost for your
services?
A Care Plan Coordinator will meet with you and your family to
conduct an in-depth assessment. During this assessment, the Care
Plan Coordinator will help you in choosing services to develop a
care plan that best meets the needs of both you and your family.
Is there a minimum number of
hours or days per week?
A four (4) hour minimum per week is required.
Will the same person always be
coming out?
At Angels In Waiting Home Care we strive for “Continuity of
Care” in which every effort is made to send the same caregiver.
Your Comfort and Privacy are our top priority.
Will a supervisor oversee
all care and address any questions or problems?
Angels In Waiting Home Care is owned and run by a Registered
Nurse. A nurse is always available to answer any questions or
problems.
Does your agency screen and
bond all caregivers?
All employees of Angels In Waiting Home Care are bonded and
insured. We perform thorough background checks on all employees
which include fingerprinting, criminal records, licensure
verification and references.
Does your agency
fingerprint?
Our on-site fingerprinting capabilities allow a quick turnaround
from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation,
insuring your safety and protection.
Is your staff required to
have CPR certification?
All of our staff are CPR certified.
Will all necessary agency
personnel know what our needs are?
When a caregiver is assigned to your case, all necessary
information is reviewed with them at that time.
Do you offer training for
your employees?
Angels In Waiting Home Care offers on-site CPR certification / recertification, and on-going
educational classes to better serve you.
Is the agency Medicare
licensed and/or Medicaid certified?
Angels In Waiting Home Care is pending Medicare certification.
We are Passport certified under the Medicad Waiver Program.
Does the agency have any
affiliations with community agencies?
Angels In Waiting Home Care works very closely with Western
Reserve Area Agency on Aging, Hospice of Western Reserve,
Council On Aging, area Nursing Homes/Assisted Living facilities
and various senior centers. |
